Job Description

You will join our Marketing team and start a new adventure in an international and dynamic environment, where you will be able to fulfill your career expectations in a fast-growing organization. Marketing at Mantu combines expertise and passion to reinforce, enhance, and broaden the brand’s visibility and recognition, through strategic campaigns, content creation, and transversal project management. As a B2B Marketing Associate, you will support the visibility and performance of our service offerings, aligning communication materials with business needs and customer expectations, and reinforcing our positioning across all communication channels.

Your missions

• Understand the consulting needs of our main customers and translate them into compelling value propositions
• Support offering managers in building impactful marketing messages for go-to-market strategies
• Create marketing materials adapted to multiple formats (presentations, videos, emails, social media posts, etc.)
• Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to ensure content is visually engaging and consistent
• Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to our target audiences
• Equip internal business teams with ready-to-use content and tools to promote our offerings
• Contribute to campaign performance analysis and optimization based on data insights
• Stay updated on marketing trends and propose innovative formats and activation methods
  
  
  

Your profile

• Currently pursuing studies in Business School, with a specialization in Marketing and/or Communication or in communication schools
• Motivation to learn and contribute to marketing projects
• Strong interest in branding, social media management, and marketing
• Ability to synthesize information and drive creative initiatives collaboratively
• Proficiency in content creation tools and collaboration with design teams
• English fluent. Any additional language is a plus.
• Creativity and a proactive approach to challenges
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
