Mediagenix is looking for a Product Designer to join our Design team. This is a chance to shape the future of B2B SaaS products that power some of the world's leading media companies. If you're passionate about turning complex challenges into intuitive, user-friendly designs and want to have a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!

YOUR CHALLENGE ----------
- You will be owning the design process for our products, from the concept phase into production-ready designs. You will be responsible for evolving Mediagenix' products as well as maintaining existing interfaces.

- You will be making complex systems easy to use and ensuring a user-friendly experience for highly technical use cases.

- You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Developers and the rest of the Design team.

- You will contribute to establishing and maintaining a design system that ensures consistency and scalability across the product.

- You will contribute to the evolution of the company’s design culture.

YOUR INTEREST AND SKILLS ----------

- You are a Senior Product Designer who has worked in agile environments.

- You have experience shipping digital products and designing modern web products: responsive web design and design systems in particular.

- You are proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.

- You have a solid portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, interaction design and system thinking, with examples that demonstrate your ability to solve complex problems and create intuitive user experiences.

- You care deeply about crafting high-quality, user-centered designs and presenting them with clarity and impact.

- You’re empathetic, proactive, and collaborative, ready to support your team and move things forward with a practical mindset.

- You thoughtfully balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to create meaningful product experiences.

- You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
