🚀 We're Hiring: Co-Founder Wanted – Mesatech Systems (Málaga, Spain)

Are you based in the Málaga area, fluent in English and Spanish, and excited about building innovative AI technology to transform the hospitality industry?

Mesatech Systems, an ENISA-certified startup, is developing AIWA – an AI-powered Waiter Agent and SaaS platform designed to help restaurants boost revenue, reduce waste, and delight customers with personalized experiences.

We're looking for a Co-Founder to join our journey from MVP to market. This could be either a Tech Co-Founder or a Business/Funding Co-Founder – or someone with both strengths.

What you do need:

✅ Legal residency in Spain, Málaga area

✅ Fluency in English and Spanish

✅ Passion for building something meaningful from the ground up

✅ Availability to attend the BIC Euronova CYBERSECURITY VENTURES Accelerator at PTA (Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía) starting June 9, 2025 (no need to be there on day one)

💡 What You’ll Do

If you're Tech-minded:

• Shape AIWA, our guest-facing AI Waiter Agent (personalization, gamification, upselling)
• Analyze POS and IRT data + external signals (weather, events) to generate predictive insights
• Define the product architecture and data platform
• Work with our CEO on roadmap, security, integrations, and UX
• Represent Mesatech at tech events and investor demos

If you're Business/Funding-focused:

• Lead fundraising strategy (VCs, grants, public/private investors)
• Build go-to-market plans and customer acquisition models
• Drive strategic partnerships and business development
• Work with the CEO on brand, hiring, culture, and scaling
• Represent us at startup events, investor meetings, and accelerators
