¿Cómo sería tu día a día?

Propósito del Puesto

El Comercial de Prospección será responsable de identificar, generar y calificar nuevas oportunidades comerciales para OnsiteTech, contactando clientes potenciales, despertando interés en los servicios (IT services, infraestructura de telecomunicaciones, IoT, eficiencia energética, outsourcing) y creando una pipeline que alimentará al equipo de ventas para cerrar negocios.

Responsabilidades Clave

* Realizar **prospección activa**: llamadas en frío (cold call), emailing, LinkedIn, eventos, networking.

* Identificar empresas que encajan con el perfil de cliente de OnsiteTech (interés en servicios IT, infraestructuras, telecomunicaciones, IoT, eficiencia energética, outsourcing).

* Calificar los leads (necesidad, presupuesto, decisión, timing) y asignarlos al equipo de ventas.

* Mantener y actualizar el CRM con la información de los contactos, seguimiento de conversaciones y estado de cada lead.

Requisitos del Puesto

Formación y Experiencia

* Formación mínima de Bachillerato o Grado medio. Deseable formación superior en administración, ventas o marketing.

* Experiencia de 2-5 años como comercial de prospección o generación de leads, preferiblemente en servicios B2B tecnológicos (IT, telecomunicaciones, infraestructuras).

* Experiencia con CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot u otros) y prospección multicanal.

Conocimientos y Habilidades Técnicas

Albaranes VL02N: Consultar Albaranes e imprimir.

Cargar bobinas desde VL02N.

Contabilizar albaranes desde VL02N.

Consultar nº de pedido en picking.

Carga física de bobinas en el camión garantizando la estabilidad en el transporte (zig-zag).

Retirada de bobinas de bobinadora:

Distribuirlas organizadamente en almacén por cliente, a poder ser agrupando calidades y gramajes.

Retirada bobinas pulper:

Retirada de paquetes que se forman tanto en Expediciones como en Bobinadora y bobinas para pulper, trasladándolas al almacén de Materia Prima.

Revisión de almacén:

Sanear bobinas que se encuentren deterioradas.

Otras tareas (SAP)

Consultar stock ZMM0011 por almacén, cliente o calidad.

Mantenimiento Carretillas:

Cambiar batería y cargarla.

Realizar la comprobación / inspección a la carretilla al inicio del turno, ante cualquier deficiencia comunicar a su responsable. 7

Retirada de residuos

Cargar el contenedor de Compax.

Cargar el contenedor de Prensa Fan.

Control de calidad del producto final.

Revisar que las bobinas no tienen capas rotas.

Revisar que los testeros se encuentran en perfecto estado, girando las bobinas antes de la carga para que queden grabados por las cámaras.

Entregar el certificado de carga a los transportistas.

Cumplimentar junto al transportista el certificado de carga, una vez realizada la misma y anotando en él cualquier incidencia.

OCASIONALES

Cortar muestras de bobinas siempre que lo solicite calidad.

Controlar que el bobinador siempre tenga suficientes bobinas pendientes de recuperar máximo 10 bobinas, si se acumulan más de 10 tendrán que avisar al responsable para trasladarlas a otro almacén.

Realizar movimientos de bobinas entre almacenes para mejorar la organización.

Descarga de mandriles si no está el responsable de materia prima.

Cargar un camión de palets cuando sea necesario o requerido.

Vaciar jaula de las bobinadoras y llevar el exceso al almacén de Materia Prima.

Our global Clinical Operations colleagues within our PPD® clinical research services provide end-to-end support for clinical trials from study start up to monitoring through to study close out, across commercial and government contracts. Together, we help clients define and develop clinical programs, minimize delays, and execute high-quality, cost-efficient clinical studies.

As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, you will provide technical support to the project team, coordinating non-clinical responsibilities of project administration as applicable to the client contract. Additional key responsibilities include:

• Performs investigator file reviews and logging of outstanding issues in project related tracking tools
• Reviews regulatory documents for proper content
• Liaises with monitor and investigative sites to resolve outstanding regulatory issues identified
• Disseminates study related information, including project tracking updates to Clients, clinical study teams and other PPD departments
• Assists with the identification of potential investigators and development/distribution of initial protocol packets
• Creates meeting agendas and minutes, as well as coordinates team conference calls and distribution of meeting minutes
  
  

Qualifications - External

Education and Experience:

• University degree, or equivalent in education, training and experience
• Ability to effectively analyse project specific data/systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Experience of manage multiple projects with differing priorities at one given time
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, organisational and time management skills
• Fluency in Spanish and English is essential
