📧 About the role
As a Junior Marketing Manager, you will have visibility and involvement across all channels. However, your responsibilities will be initially focused on Affiliate & Partnerships (with an opportunity to expand to other performance channels in the future). You will support the day-to-day operations of our affiliate programs and play a key role in acquiring new strategic partners. You will work closely with the team to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness through various digital channels.

This position is based on-site at our headquarters in Barcelona (Spain).
✨ What You’ll Do
- Affiliate Management: Support the daily management of our affiliate network, ensuring partners have updated promotional materials (banners, links, and copy).
- Partner Outreach: Actively identify, research, and contact new potential partners (promotional platforms, comparison sites, blogs, and media) to expand our reach.
- Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking KPIs (clicks, conversions, ROI) and prepare weekly reports to analyze campaign performance.
- Sales Validation: Review and validate transactions within affiliate networks to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Creative Coordination: Work with the design team to request and organize specific creative assets for our partners.
- Platform Maintenance: Help manage our presence on major affiliate platforms and maintain our CRM database.
💡 What You’ll Bring
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A data-driven mindset with a high attention to detail.
- Attitude: Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Languages: Fluent in English is a must; proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Interest in digital marketing tools and the health-tech industry.
🚀Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Previous experience or internships in Affiliate Marketing.
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Awin or Rakuten.

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, dealing with employees and handling Staff Requests. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, coordinating, and executing in-house or off-site company events, social gatherings, and celebrations.
- Monitoring, ordering, and stocking office supplies (stationery, kitchen, breakroom, etc.).
- Serving as the main point of contact for office maintenance, repairs, cleaning services, and security.
- Greeting visitors, clients, and vendors, and maintaining a welcoming reception area.
- Organizing and scheduling internal meetings, appointments, and general use of conference rooms.
- Review travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transport) for employees or leadership.
- Providing general administrative support to senior leadership or the management team (e.g., preparing reports, presentations, or documents).
