We’re looking for a Head of HR Operations to join us at our HQ in Barcelona. 🦷

🔥If you love a challenge. You will:
- Lead People Operations Team and all aspects of HR operations, including HR administration, systems, payroll.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support employee engagement and company culture.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and job changes
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies across all HR and payroll functions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll and HR topics
- Monitor and manage HR data accuracy in HRIS and payroll systems.
- Manage HR-related audits/inspections and implement audit recommendations for process improvements.
- Identify and lead HR projects that improve operational efficiency, employee experience, and retention.
- Lead conflict resolution efforts and advise on employee relations issues in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget, and expenses.

- Proven experience in leading HR operations for multiple countries
- Leadership skills with hands-on approach
- Experienced with Spanish labour regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work effectively with minimal supervision

We are looking for a highly organized, hands‑on Global Education Lead to build and scale our global training ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating structure, designing impactful learning programs, and coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders in a fast‑growing international environment.

Learning Strategy & Program Design
- Define and implement the global training roadmap across all countries.
- Build structured, scalable training programs (onboarding, sales, leadership, operational training).
- Become the trainer for selected programs (e.g., onboarding, sales, leadership modules).
- Ensure training content is consistent, high‑quality, and aligned with business priorities.
Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Act as the central coordinator between Medical, Quality, HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Business Partners.
- Identify training needs within each team and help prioritize what should be developed first.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to design specialized content (e.g., medical training delivered by the Medical team).
Training Operations & Tools
- Implement and manage HRIS / LMS tools to support global training delivery.
- Standardize processes, documentation, and reporting across countries.
- Track training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance data.
Delivery & Facilitation
- Facilitate live training sessions (virtual or in‑person) for onboarding, sales, and leadership topics.
- Support local teams in rolling out training programs and ensuring adoption.
- Coach managers and internal trainers to elevate training quality globally.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and project‑management skills.
- Hands‑on experience building training programs from scratch.
- Ability to work independently as a senior individual contributor, while collaborating effectively with HRBPs and business leaders.
- Experience with HRIS / LMS tools and training operations.
- Comfortable delivering training sessions (sales, onboarding, leadership).
- Experience in a fast‑growing scale‑up or international environment is a plus.
- Not required to deliver medical training, but must be able to coordinate with medical experts.
