Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a Junior Business Development to support our projects in Madrid, Spain.
You will be responsible for:
- Increase sales by proactively seeking new customers.
- Conducting business negotiations with customers.
- Preparation of commercial offers.
- Preparation and approval of contracts.
- Acceptance orders.
- Prompt resolution of all emerging issues with customers.
- Maintaining reporting documentation.
- Managing Internal CRM tools.
About you:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance or related to Business Development
- Experience in similar roles in the Pharmaceutical Environment/Consultancy Services will be a plus
- Spanish native, English fluent (at least B2)
- Availability to travel
- Business Development mentality: Highly motivated, open-minded, organized mindset, enthusiastic, result-oriented and team player, able to work under pressure and stay resilient.
