Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to drive company growth. Key tasks include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Negotiation
- Excellent Communication and Presentation abilities
- Proven ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in CRM and Sales software
- Familiarity with the real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
