Your mission:

As Spa Manager, your mission is to lead the spa and wellness team, ensuring seamless experiences for both internal and external guests through high-quality treatments, efficient management of the wellness facilities (including indoor/outdoor pools, sauna, and hammam), and a consistently welcoming and professional environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Education: BA degree in Business Administration, or a Hospitality School

• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with strong decision-making skills. Leadership and team motivation with a guest-focused mindset. Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment. Approachable and service-oriented attitude. Proficient in computer systems and digital tools.

• Languages: Fluent English is required; knowledge of additional languages is highly valued.

• Other: Own vehicle is a must.
