0Tech Pipeline
Analytics Coordinator
Tech Pipeline · València, ES
Teletreball . TSQL Excel Fintech
Tech Pipeline helps operations teams fix the hidden friction in their business processes. We are currently working with a major European fintech group to ensure their internal data stays accurate and their reporting pipelines remain reliable. As an Analytics Coordinator, you will help identify where information gets stuck and ensure the numbers match the reality of the business.
About the role
Fintech environments move fast, but the underlying data often struggles to keep up. When systems do not talk to each other correctly, reconciliation becomes a manual burden for finance and operations teams. In this role, you will be the person who looks at the logs to figure out why a specific record did not migrate or why a report is showing drifting numbers. You are not building high-level strategy decks: you are helping us find the source of truth within a complex, remote environment. This is a technical role focused on the specific routing rules and integration gaps that cause operational drag.
What you will be doing
- Monitor daily data logs to spot failed transfers or discrepancies in fintech reports.
- Trace specific records through the system to see where routing rules are failing.
- Update internal documentation and SOPs when we find a fix that needs to be repeatable.
- Run basic queries to verify that the numbers in the database match what the operators see in their dashboard.
- Identify backlogs in arrival chains and suggest small changes to the routing logic.
- Verify that new integrations are pulling the correct fields from the client platform.
- Document the broken middle of a process so the technical team knows exactly where to apply a fix.
- Conduct weekly reconciliation checks to ensure zero drift between different financial systems.
- Basic understanding of how data moves between systems, perhaps from a university project or internship.
- Comfort reading simple logs or spreadsheets to find errors and inconsistencies.
- Clear, direct writing skills for documenting technical processes and fixes.
- Experience using Excel or Google Sheets for basic data sorting and analysis.
- A logical approach to solving problems: you like to find the root cause behind an error message.
- Willingness to learn basic SQL or low-code automation tools used for data routing.
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of multiple small tasks at once without losing the details.
- Exposure to financial tools or payment processing logic in a professional or academic setting.
- Previous experience in a customer support or operations role where you had to explain technical issues to others.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and asynchronous communication styles.
- Fully remote work environment that respects your time and focuses on concrete output.
- Opportunity to learn how large-scale fintech operations actually function from the inside.
- Consistent mentorship from seniors who value technical reality over corporate fluff.
- A permanent, full-time position with a stable and growing team.
- Direct experience fixing real problems for a major European fintech group.
- Competitive pay that is attractive for an entry-level professional in this market.
Working at Tech Pipeline
Tech Pipeline operates differently than most firms. We do not believe in daily stand-ups or long meetings that could have been an email. Instead, we rely on clear documentation and weekly updates to keep everyone aligned. Our team is fully remote, but we stay close to the work by staying curious about how systems actually run. We value people who would rather fix a specific routing rule than talk about broad frameworks. The goal is always to leave the client with a system they can manage themselves, and our documentation is the key to making that happen. We focus on the ground truth of the data and the people who use it every day.
Tech Pipeline
Project Manager Intern
Tech Pipeline · València, ES
Teletreball . Fintech
Tech Pipeline identifies and repairs the specific points where business operations break down. We are currently assisting a major European fintech group with a series of technical bottlenecks in their internal transaction processing and approval chains. This fully remote Project Manager Intern role centers on organizing the practical, daily tasks required to clear these backlogs and ensure the ground truth of their data remains consistent.
About the role
Many companies experience friction when their growth outpaces their existing internal systems. In this role, you will help us address those gaps by looking directly at the systems our fintech client is using. You will not be building high level strategy decks or abstract frameworks. Instead, you will be tracing the problem through logs and manual work steps to find where the numbers start to drift. This is a chance to see the technical reality of how a large financial organization functions while working in a fully remote environment. Your focus will be on the specifics: why an approval is stuck in a specific queue, which routing rule is misfiring, and how we can document the fix so the client can manage it once we are gone.
What you will be doing
- Tracking every task in our project backlog to ensure nothing is missed during the fintech system overhaul.
- Reading through system logs and transaction records to find where data entries are failing to sync properly.
- Updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) so that client operators have a clear source of truth for new workflows.
- Checking daily reconciliation reports to ensure that financial data matches across internal systems and databases.
- Coordinating with technical staff to document the specific logic used in new routing rules for payment approvals.
- Preparing clear, written weekly updates that summarize what was fixed and what specific tasks remain in the backlog.
- Helping to organize the final handover documents that will allow the client team to run the system independently.
- Verifying that system fixes actually resolve the friction experienced by the client's operations team.
- Ability to write clearly and concisely without using corporate jargon or excessive filler.
- A practical approach to problem solving that favors specific, concrete fixes over abstract ideas.
- High attention to detail, specifically when comparing two different sets of data or looking for errors in logs.
- Comfort working in a fully remote setting where most communication happens asynchronously.
- Basic familiarity with spreadsheet functions to help organize and filter large lists of tasks or data points.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to keep a checklist or project tracker updated in real time.
- Honesty about what you do not know and a willingness to ask questions until a process makes sense.
- Studies in business operations, finance, information systems, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience with project management tools or task trackers during university or through personal projects.
- An interest in how fintech companies manage large volumes of transactions and regulatory requirements.
- Basic knowledge of how software integrations or database connections move data between different platforms.
- A paid internship with pay that is attractive and competitive for the role and your local market.
- Practical experience working on a high stakes project for a major European fintech group.
- The flexibility of a fully remote work schedule that focuses on specific output rather than hours spent at a desk.
- Direct mentorship from experienced operators who specialize in fixing broken technical processes.
- Exposure to real world financial systems and the operational challenges of scaling a modern tech stack.
- A work culture that values clear documentation and deep work over constant, unnecessary meetings.
At Tech Pipeline, we value documentation over long meetings. We do not believe in daily check ins that take up half the morning. Instead, we use written updates to keep everyone informed about the state of our projects and the progress we are making. Our goal is to leave every system better than we found it and then hand over the keys to the people who use it every day. We stay very close to the technical details of the work and expect everyone on the team to be comfortable looking at the actual logs and configurations of the systems we fix. Success here means identifying the source of truth, removing the friction, and making sure the solution sticks long after our engagement ends. We work remotely, but we stay highly connected through the clarity of our written communication and our focus on concrete results.
