Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Intern to join our People team, with a focus on People Operations and Employee Relations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, supporting day-to-day operations while contributing to employee experience initiatives in a dynamic, fast-growing tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
• Help coordinate internal HR communications and documentation (contracts, policies, etc.).
• Support the administration of benefits, leaves, and employee requests.
• Collaborate on internal initiatives to promote engagement, culture, and employee well-being.
• Participate in employee relations cases and follow-up, under guidance from the team.
• Help prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and KPIs.
• Work closely with the wider People team to support ad-hoc projects and process improvements.
  
  
  

• A Bachelor’s degree (or currently studying) in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field.
• A strong interest in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and workplace culture.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
• A proactive, empathetic, and people-first mindset.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with HR software tools or platforms (e.g., Factorial, BambooHR) is a plus
