El Departamento de Service en la parte preventiva es responsable del mantenimiento óptimo de los parques eólicos, asegurando el máximo rendimiento de los aerogeneradores y garantizando la satisfacción de nuestros clientes. Nuestro equipo se encarga de que las turbinas operen a su máxima capacidad, generando la mayor cantidad de energía posible y contribuyendo a un futuro más sostenible.
Actualmente, estamos en búsqueda de Técnicos/as de Mantenimiento para distintas ubicaciones dentro de Castilla y León, concretamente en las provincias de: León, Zamora, Salamanca, Ávila, Valladolid, Burgos, Palencia, Soria y Segovia.
Responsabilidades
- En colaboración directa con el Supervisor de Mantenimiento, tus principales tareas serán:
- Revisión, reparación y mantenimiento preventivo de los aerogeneradores.
- Localización y corrección de fallos y averías.
- Asistencia en la puesta en marcha de los aerogeneradores.
- Cumplimentación y mantenimiento de documentación técnica.
- Medición y reporte de indicadores clave y objetivos del área.
- Residir en alguna provincia de Castilla y León o tener disponibilidad para desplazarse.
- Título en Ingeniería o Formación Profesional de Grado Superior (FP2).
- Experiencia previa en mantenimiento industrial o eléctrico.
- Capacidad para trabajar en altura y en condiciones climatológicas adversas.
- Valorable conocimiento de SAP y software de recopilación de datos/informes.
- Inglés técnico para lectura de manuales (nivel conversacional valorado).
- Capacidad para trabajar en altura y bajo condiciones cambiantes.
- Habilidad para interpretar esquemas eléctricos.
- Proactividad, orientación a resultados y trabajo en equipo.
- Alta orientación a la seguridad.
- Formación y certificación en mantenimiento eólico (GWO, PRL, etc.).

Salario según convenio + bonus del 5% + dietas.

Vestas Technology & Operations > Procurement > Transport
The Transport Procurement department is an integral part of the Global Procurement organization and deals with transport supplier. The team must secure transport capacity at the right safety, quality and cost level.
You will join an experienced team with a high level of interaction within the value chain. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to understand business requirements and secure execution of commodity strategies toward suppliers ensuring a sustainable, scalable, and high performing supply base.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and manage vessels chartering, identifying business requirements, aligning with market analytics to support Vestas functions on activities for Manufacturing, Sales, Services and the Supply chain organization
- Identify chartering business requirements/internal demand (short and long term)
- Align capacity demands of global transport for vessels and chartering business
- Negotiate transport prices to safeguard budgets and establish contracts with transport vendors and negotiate contracts, as well as frame agreements
- Research and develop supply market and assess supply risks and opportunities
- Communication and relationship development with senior global, regional, and local stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree within a relevant area (Business Adm, Economics, Engineering, etc)
- Working experience within an OEM with global footprint for at least 8 years, having ability to operate effectively within a matrix environment
- Comprehensive analytical experience and able develop strategic outlook of the ocean transportation business, strategic thinking
- Knowledge of large complex contracts
- Great negotiation & interpersonal skills
- Good at identifying and define problems, including cost analysis and financial abilities
- Deep understanding of the transport market dynamics
- Proven problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to direct change and influence others
- Result-oriented, innovative, self-motivated
- Advanced communication skills in English
