We are looking for our next Commercial Manager – EMEA, a driven professional passionate about tourism, business development, and technology — capable of managing the full commercial cycle, from identifying new opportunities to optimizing key accounts. If you’re ready to lead growth and strengthen our partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, we want to meet you!

What will your role be?

  • Lead the full commercial relationship with clients in your region, from lead generation to contract activation.
  • Identify new business opportunities through CRM tools, trade shows, and referrals.
  • Negotiate agreements and coordinate activation with Product, Operations, and Data teams.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze results, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Expand NexusCube’s market share across destinations and product lines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with top travel partners, including TUI, Hotelbeds, and other key accounts.
  • Represent NexusCube in industry events and regional meetings.

What are we looking for?

Must-haves

  • Proven experience in commercial roles within the travel industry (DMC, OTA, Tour Operator, or Travel Tech).
  • Advanced English proficiency (fluent or native).
  • Based in Europe, preferably Palma de Mallorca.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of travel technology (XML/API connectivity or system integrations).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with international travel technology platforms or connectivity providers (e.g., Juniper, Expedia, Hotelbeds, Jumbo).
  • Knowledge of business performance tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Additional languages (Spanish, French, or German) are a plus.
