Descripción
Reportando al Director de Proyectos, como Project Manager liderarás la planificación, ejecución y entrega de proyectos, así como la gestión de expectativas del cliente, asegurando que los proyectos se entreguen a tiempo, dentro del alcance y del presupuesto.
Entre tus funciones caben destacar:
- Gestionar proyectos de principio a fin para implementaciones de clientes e iniciativas internas.
- Definir el alcance, objetivos, entregables y cronograma del proyecto en colaboración con las partes interesadas.
- Coordinar recursos internos y socios externos (por ejemplo, integradores) para garantizar la correcta ejecución de los proyectos.
- Gestionar presupuestos, riesgos y solicitudes de cambio del proyecto.
- Actuar como punto de contacto principal para los clientes durante la ejecución del proyecto.
- Asegurar la viabilidad técnica y la alineación con las capacidades del producto.
- Supervisar el rendimiento de la ejecución del proyecto utilizando herramientas y técnicas adecuadas (Jira, Navision).
- Realizar evaluaciones post-proyecto e implementar prácticas de mejora continua.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Título universitario en Ingeniería, Informática o campos relacionados.
- Más de 3 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos, preferiblemente en industrias tecnológicas o de seguridad.
- Experiencia demostrada en la gestión de proyectos de software o hardware B2B.
- Familiaridad con control de accesos, control horario o sistemas IoT
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en español e inglés.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de toma de decisiones.
- Dominio de herramientas de gestión de proyectos (por ejemplo, Jira, Trello, MS Project).
- Experiencia trabajando directamente con clientes empresariales y gestionando expectativas.
- Ingles fluido impresindible.
- Se valorará certificación Agile.
- Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión de personal o seguridad física.
- Familiaridad con plataformas SaaS y despliegues en la nube.

¿Cuál sera tu día a día?
Objetivos: Desarrollar y completar los conocimientos que el estudiante ha adquirido durante su etapa formativa, así como potenciar sus capacidades profesionales y personales en el ámbito de la sostenibilidad corporativa. El estudiante tendrá la oportunidad de participar en uno de los procesos clave del año para Telefónica: la elaboración del reporte de sostenibilidad, en cumplimiento con la normativa europea (CSRD) y los estándareseuropeos de sostenibilidad (ESRS).
Actividades:
- Participar en el proceso de elaboración del informe de sostenibilidad del Grupo Telefónica, incluyendo la recopilación, revisión y divulgación de información sostenibilidad.
- Conocer el funcionamiento de herramientas de reporte como Workiva y plataformas colaborativas como Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word y Copilot, aplicadas a la gestión de información ESG.
- Apoyar en la coordinación de equipos internos (más de 10 áreas implicadas) y en la planificación del calendario de entregas. Participar en reuniones de seguimiento, elaboración de minutas y control de entregas.
- Colaborar en la revisión de contenidos en español e inglés, asegurando la calidad formal y la coherencia con los requisitos normativos.
- Familiarizarse con la regulación europea de sostenibilidad (CSRD, ESRS) y con los procesos de verificación externa por parte del verificador.
- Formar parte de un equipo altamente cualificado y conocer el Grupo Telefónica desde una perspectiva transversal y estratégica.

We are hiring a Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team that delivers the essential components of Ubuntu - our system startup, compilers, language runtimes and toolchains, as well as networking and storage config and management. This is a fast-paced, problem-solving, highly technical role operating at the core of Linux server systems.
As an Engineering Manager on the Foundations team, you will be at the heart of driving Ubuntu. Working at the unique intersection of the open source ecosystem, and enterprise technologists.
In this pivotal position, you'll lead and inspire your team of engineers, to take Ubuntu to new heights. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of Linux and Ubuntu with a passion for exceptional leadership. You will be expected to lead, challenge, and develop strong engineers, positively influence the culture, facilitate technical delivery and drive your team on strategy and execution.

The role entails
- Lead and grow a team of distributed engineers
- Demonstrate sound engineering principles through active and hands on leadership
- Be responsible for planning, estimation and execution
- Work with product management to define the vision and strategy for Ubuntu
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams
- Drive the advancement and adoption of the latest software development practices
- Design, embrace and evangelize great engineering and organizational practices
- Grow a healthy, collaborative engineering culture in line with company values
- Engage with other teams at Canonical to ensure alignment on product architecture and roadmaps
- Work from home while meeting in person for company sprints. Sprints are typically twice a year for 1-2 weeks.
- You have worked extensively with Linux distributions, and are experienced with packaging technologies (e.g. deb, rpm, other)
- You have demonstrated experience managing or leading a team of software engineers
- High quality software engineering knowledge in one or more of: Linux system architecture, boot process, Java/GCC/Python/Rust/Go toolchains, ARM and/or RISC-V
- Engagement with open source communities and processes
