🧩 ¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
- Liderarás la Oficina de Gestión de Proyectos (PMO), coordinando equipos de jefes de proyecto.

- Serás el/la interlocutor/a principal con altos cargos institucionales.
- Aplicarás metodologías como PMBOK, PRINCE2 o Agile, adaptadas al entorno público.
- Asegurarás el cumplimiento normativo (ENS, RGPD, LCSP) y participarás en licitaciones.

🎯 ¿Qué buscamos en ti?
- Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería, Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar.
- Más de 8 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos TIC, y al menos 3 liderando equipos.
- Experiencia sólida en proyectos con Administraciones Públicas.
- Conocimiento avanzado en Comunicaciones Unificadas, Redes, SDWAN, Cloud, Ciberseguridad e IoT.
- Experiencia demostrable en proyectos telco B2B.
- Certificaciones valoradas: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Scrum Master.
- Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, negociación y comunicación institucional.

¿Qué funciones vas a realizar?
- Gestionar de principio a fin el proceso de compras, analizando necesidades internas, validando solicitudes y asegurando una comunicación fluida con negocio, almacén y proveedores.
- Buscar, evaluar y negociar con proveedores (homologados o nuevos) para garantizar las mejores condiciones económicas, de calidad y de servicio.
- Elaborar comparativas, informes y propuestas para facilitar la toma de decisiones y apoyar la fase de oferta en proyectos estratégicos.
- Coordinar la homologación y contratación de proveedores, preparando contratos y acuerdos marco y gestionando su alta en los sistemas.
- Emitir, controlar y hacer seguimiento de pedidos y contratos, resolviendo incidencias y asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y condiciones.
- Colaborar en la resolución de incidencias de facturas gestionando discrepancias y garantizando la correcta aplicación de procesos y procedimientos internos.
- Realizar reporting de ahorros y KPIs, impulsar la mejora continua y mantener una actualización constante sobre mercado, materiales y proveedores.
¿Qué buscamos de ti?
- Formación en FP II / Grado en Administración de Empresas, Comercio, Ingeniería o disciplinas afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en departamentos de compras (o 5 años para perfiles Senior/Expertos).
- Conocimientos en gestión de compras, proveedores, facturación y uso de ERP.
- Conocimientos técnicos de productos/servicios del negocio y capacidad de análisis de datos.
- Dominio de estrategias de negociación.
- Deseable experiencia en compras indirectas.
- Valorable manejo de Oracle Cloud y Power BI.
- Inglés nivel alto; valorable portugués.

Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Integración de Sistemas y Datos Industriales para participar en proyectos de digitalización de planta e Industria 4.0. La persona seleccionada trabajará en contacto directo con los equipos de producción, mantenimiento y calidad, desarrollando soluciones prácticas orientadas a la mejora de la eficiencia operativa y la trazabilidad de los procesos industriales.
🎯 Funciones
• Diseñar y desarrollar integraciones entre sistemas industriales (MES, SCADA, ERP, sensores, etc.).
• Programar consultas, scripts y automatizaciones utilizando SQL, Python u otras herramientas.
• Implementar soluciones de visualización de datos mediante Power BI u otras plataformas de BI.
• Dar soporte a los equipos de planta en la recogida, limpieza y análisis de datos operativos.
• Participar en la conexión de nuevas máquinas, sensores o dispositivos IoT a los sistemas existentes.
• Documentar flujos de datos, procesos técnicos e integraciones implementadas.

🧩 Requisitos
• Titulación en Ingeniería Industrial, Electrónica, Informática, Automatización o similar.
