Marketing & Content Manager (Part-Time, Paid, Hybrid) – PATT

Start: January 2026 (flexible within the month)


PATT, an innovative social event platform and software for ticketing and team management, is looking for a Marketing & Content Manager to take full ownership of campaign execution, creative production, and the daily operations of our marketing department.


What You’ll Do

  • Video Production Management: Plan, organize, participate in, and oversee all logistics for each shoot, including schedules, locations, and crew.


  • Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit content for social media and ad campaigns, ensuring high quality and brand consistency.


  • Performance-Driven Advertising: Monitor, scale, and optimize Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns based on performance insights.


  • Reporting & Analytics: Produce clear reports on which ads and formats perform best, with actionable recommendations to improve ROI.


  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and close deals with influencers and content creators aligned with PATT’s brand.


  • Team Leadership: Train, and manage marketing interns and assistants, ensuring smooth collaboration and high output.


  • Creative Strategy: Lead brainstorming sessions to generate fresh content ideas and campaign concepts.


  • Weekly Coordination: Plan and lead regular meetings, aligning tasks, tracking progress, reviewing performance, and adjusting strategies to ensure objectives are met.


  • Social Media & Email Marketing: Lead and coordinate social media activities — including posts, stories, reels, and TikToks, while also managing email marketing campaigns to maintain strong audience engagement and drive growth.


  • Trendspotting: Identify viral opportunities and adapt them creatively for PATT.


Who You Are

  • Experienced in digital marketing, video production, and/or paid advertising campaign management.


  • Skilled with Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads, plus video editing tools (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar).


  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.


  • Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented.


  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.


  • Able to work remotely with occasional travel to events and shoots.


  • Bonus points for experience in nightlife, events, or lifestyle industries.
