At Paul Marlex, we’re partnering with a fast-growing automotive startup based in Sant Boi de Llobregat (Barcelona area). With a team of around 300 people, they’re now looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their exciting journey 🚀

🧩 What will you do?

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, corporate and operational profiles.
• Support the company’s talent attraction strategy during a key growth phase.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.

🎯 Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience in recruitment / talent acquisition, ideally in fast-paced or growing environments.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken) to collaborate across international teams.
• A positive, proactive mindset and real passion for connecting with people 💪
