What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Engagement
- Create an inclusive working environment with a customer-centric mindset
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver sales and profitability
- Develop your team's product knowledge and selling culture
- Drive a high-performance culture
- Maximize the potential of all product categories through Brand storytelling by delivering the brand image proposition to commercially enhance the journey
- Existing knowledge of the local market and competitor activity
- Build and foster strong, loyal relationships between clients and the brand
- Manage the store base staffing hours, review effectiveness to optimize store coverage, productivity and profitability
- Recruit, train and onboard as needed
- Analyze data, utilize reports and make conclusions to optimize performance and/or take correct action in collaboration with senior management.
- Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities whilst controlling cost through effective decision making
Who You Are
- Previous experience in luxury required
- Previous experience in clienteling and appointments
- Previous experience executing bespoke events & experiences for clients
- Previous knowledge of the local market and prospective clients' tastes and preferences
- English (C1) required
