RAW Live is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Training Specialist to join our team. As the Training Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our game show hosts and support staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver top-notch live casino services, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs, as well as scripts and re-training materials for game show hosts and support staff in the live casino studio.
• Create training materials, presentations, and resources that effectively communicate game rules, protocols, and customer service best practices.
• Share and pass on top acting skills to combine with your training materials and scripts ensuring a professional yet fun delivery of our games.
• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to onboard new team members and enhance the skills of existing staff.
• Utilize a variety of training methods, including role-playing, simulations, and hands-on practice, to ensure effective learning and skill development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest live casino games, features, and industry trends to ensure accurate and comprehensive training content.
• Provide ongoing updates and refresher sessions to keep the team informed about any game or product changes.
• Assess the performance of trainees during training and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their presentation skills and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team managers and supervisors to monitor the progress and performance of trained staff.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make enhancements to ensure maximum impact on employee performance and customer satisfaction.
• Identify areas for improvement in the live casino operations and propose training solutions to address those challenges.
• Ensure that all training programs align with gaming regulations and responsible gaming practices.
• Educate team members about responsible gaming guidelines and promote a safe gaming environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Be in possession of a valid working permit to work in the EU.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English is a must.
• Proven experience as a Training Specialist or Trainer in the live casino or online gaming industry, or experience in acting, stage coaching and/or directing.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage training schedules and resources effectively.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and training evaluation methods.
• Flexibility to adapt training methods to suit the diverse learning styles of trainees, and also according to each of our games.
• Familiarity with gaming regulations and responsible gaming practices is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using training software and technology for virtual training sessions is a plus.
