¿Qué harás como nuestro/a Digital Media Planner? Tu misión principal será diseñar, ejecutar y optimizar estrategias de medios digitales que generen resultados excepcionales para nuestros clientes. Algunas de tus responsabilidades incluirán:
- Estrategia y Planificación:
- Desarrollar planes de medios digitales integrales (Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Video, etc.) alineados con los objetivos de negocio de los clientes.
- Investigar y analizar audiencias, tendencias del mercado y el panorama competitivo para identificar oportunidades.
- Definir KPIs claros y métricas de éxito para cada campaña.
- Ejecución y Optimización:
- Configurar, lanzar y gestionar campañas en diversas plataformas publicitarias (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360, etc.).
- Monitorear el rendimiento de las campañas en tiempo real, identificando áreas de mejora y oportunidades de optimización.
- Realizar pruebas A/B y experimentos para maximizar la eficiencia y el ROI.
- Análisis y Reporting:
- Analizar datos de rendimiento, generar informes detallados y presentar insights accionables a clientes y equipos internos.
- Traducir datos complejos en recomendaciones estratégicas claras.
¿Qué buscamos en ti? :
- Experiencia demostrable de 2-4 años como Digital Media Planner, Media Buyer o rol similar en agencia o empresa.
- Dominio avanzado de plataformas de publicidad digital (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager son imprescindibles).
- Fuerte capacidad analítica y habilidad para interpretar datos y convertirlos en estrategias.
- Conocimiento sólido de modelos de atribución, KPIs de marketing digital y herramientas de medición.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Proactividad, organización y capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
Puntos extra si tienes :
- Experiencia con plataformas programáticas (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
- Conocimiento de herramientas de analítica web (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics).
- Certificaciones relevantes (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.).

What you will do: The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Business Owner in the Revenue Management you will be in charge of:
- Drive Business Growth Through Deep Data Analysis: You'll proactively and autonomously analyze complex, real-time performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within your owned areas. We expect you to uncover deep insights, challenge assumptions, and propose data-backed strategies to optimize performance against budget and historical trends.
- Strategic Initiative Ownership: Take ownership of critical strategic initiatives, developing and refining strategies that align with business objectives and performance targets. You'll translate these strategies into actionable plans, including proposing clear OKRs, and proactively surface ideas for our roadmaps.
- Champion Operational Excellence: Translate high-level performance guidance into detailed actions, ensuring the highest level of operational excellence and ensuring campaigns are executed against internal best practices. This also includes Ads Excellence, making sure our ads are engaging, error-free, and competitive, following our best practices.
- Process Optimization & Automation: Identify structural needs, automation potential, and reporting requirements, flagging them to relevant teams (e.g., Marketing Technology, Product). You'll drive the adoption of new processes and tools, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our Online Marketing operations.
- Stakeholder Communication & Management: Effectively communicate performance achievements and progress using facts, data, and impact metrics. Manage expectations and flag needs with both internal teams and external stakeholders, such as search engine representatives, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Detailed Performance Scrutiny: Ensure performance is maximized in subscopes and issues are identified immediately across all relevant dimensions (audiences, networks, locations, devices, etc.). You'll be responsible for flagging issues to search engines and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

- Fluent in English; additional European-based language is a plus.

Análisis y presentación de datos de campañas de publicidad digital, así como de resultados de SEO, analítica, CRO, social media y demás disciplinas digitales que ofrece la agencia. Los informes se presentarán telemática o presencialmente y deben tener un componente de claridad y didáctica tanto para los clientes como para los equipos internos.
•
Manejo de personas de otros equipos internos bajo coordinación directa.
Requisitos:

Experiencia previa en coordinación de proyectos integrales de marketing digital.
•
Experiencia amplia (+5 años) como account manager en una agencia de marketing digital.
•
Conocimientos extensos y experiencia en analítica digital, con manejo de herramientas como Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads y Google Search Console.
