About the role:

At SD Worx, we're expanding our SAP practice and are looking for a Senior SAP HCM / ECP Consultant – Nordics Payroll to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience or a strong interest in SAP HCM Payroll, SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) on S/4HANA, and Nordics/Finnish Payroll processes and legislation.

Which tasks can you expect?

• As part of our team, you will work with international clients, helping them optimize and transform their HR and payroll processes through SAP solutions.
• You will collaborate with experienced consultants and participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and configuration to testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.

What do you have to offer?

• Experience with Nordics Payroll at least 5 years
• Knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and/or SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Professional proficiency in English
• 🔹 Nice to have: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Payroll Control Center (PCC) SAP Time Management SAP HCM or SuccessFactors certifications
