Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This role will be pivotal in providing comprehensive support to our Strategic Program Management projects, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and project management expertise.

Role Description

• Project Coordination: Facilitate the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the Engagement Excellence Team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved within established timelines.
• Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis to derive insights that promote strategic decision-making. Utilize various analytical tools and methodologies to interpret complex datasets and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Information Management: Assist in the development and implementation of information management strategies, including data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and data lifecycle management processes.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare clear and concise documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and presentations for stakeholders. Communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of information collected and reported. Implement corrective measures as needed to address any discrepancies or issues.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and foster collaboration. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote buy-in and support for project initiatives.
• Enablement & Communication: Proactively communicate changes and updates to the entire team and relevant stakeholders while also supporting other teams. Plan and drive enablement sessions to ensure project-related changes are leveraged by all impacted teams efficiently.
  
  

What You Will Do

• Perform quality checks of existing information to ensure compliance and follow through on discrepancies.
• Compare information in DED, CLD & Cloud Reporting Tool and act on inconsistencies with.
• Maintenance of the information in DED to support data consistency
• Create tickets in SPC for data updates in CLD
• Explain customer related issues to the CDM/dCEM
• Process requests for DED Management user mapping and associated clean-up (add/remove/delete)
• Support CDM/dCEMs with questions regarding customer numbers & installation numbers
• Interact with Global teams regarding SAP license issues
• Redirect issues to Solution Owner, License Key team or IT as needed
• Understand relationship between contract, commercial installation & Technical installation
• Follow up on issues found during Global License audit
• Assist management of CAM Approver table
  
  

What You Should Bring

• Knowledge of Enterprise Cloud Services business, stakeholders, process and tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of information management principles, including data governance & data quality management.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Descripción del Puesto:

Estamos en la búsqueda de un Asistente de Compras para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal será una persona organizada, proactiva y con habilidades analíticas, capaz de apoyar en la gestión de compras, procesamiento de pedidos y seguimiento de los mismos para garantizar el abastecimiento eficiente de materiales y servicios.

Responsabilidades:

- Gestionar órdenes de compra y coordinar con proveedores.

- Mantener actualizada la base de datos de proveedores y productos.

- Visado y aprobación de facturas.

- Emisión de albaranes.

- Gestión y archivo de documentación relacionada con el proceso de compras.

Requisitos:

- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en un puesto similar.

- Estudios técnicos o universitarios en Administración, Negocios Internacionales, Logística o carreras afines.

- Conocimiento de procesos de compras.

- Habilidades en el uso de software de gestión de compras (ERP) y herramientas de Office (Excel avanzado es un plus).

- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir plazos.

Será una jornada completa con un horario flexible: entrada entre las 7:15 y las 9:30. Son 8 horas con 26 minutos de lunes a jueves menos los viernes que es intensiva.

A partir del 14/07 hasta el 1/09, será jornada intensiva de Lunes a Viernes, también con flexibilidad de entrada de 7.15h a 9.30h y salida a partir de las 14h (7h diarias).

El salario estará alrededor de los 24k brutos anuales.
