Galenicum SAG, empresa farmacéutica ubicada en San Agustín de Guadalix, necesita incorporar al área de Producción, un analista de datos (H/M), con experiencia previa de más de dos años en puestos similares.
Funciones y responsabilidades
- Diseñar, implementar y optimizar métodos para la recopilación, tratamiento y análisis de datos, asegurando su integridad y utilidad para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
- Analizar los resultados derivados del procesamiento de datos y proponer acciones de mejora orientadas a la eficiencia operativa y la optimización de procesos.
- Actuar como interlocutor clave y facilitador en proyectos interdepartamentales, garantizando una comunicación fluida y la alineación de objetivos entre las distintas áreas involucradas.
- Recoger, estructurar y priorizar iniciativas de mejora continua provenientes del área de Producción, asegurando su análisis e implementación efectiva.
- Supervisar y analizar el indicador OEE de las líneas de acondicionado y máquinas de compresión, difundiendo los resultados y liderando la ejecución de acciones correctivas y de mejora propuestas por jefaturas y responsables operativos.
- Realizar análisis mensuales de resultados del área de Producción mediante el seguimiento y evaluación de KPIs, generando informes que respaldan la toma de decisiones.
Formación
- Titulación superior en Estadística, Matemáticas, ingeniería industrial o similar
- Informática: Nivel avanzado de Microsoft Office, Manejo de SAP, LEAN Manufacturing, Mesbook, Paquete estadístico SPSS, Statgraphics, R Studio.
- Inglés: B2
Requisitos
- Experiencia mínima de dos años en puestos similares
- Se valorará experiencia previa en entornos industriales con actividad ininterrumpida (24/7/365)

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office in our Madrid or Barcelona office.
As a Partner Account Manager, you will play a key role in developing business with our Business Partners, supporting them in acquiring and retaining customers through our software solutions and services. You will be responsible for achieving assigned objectives while aligning with Sage’s strategy and policies. Your main mission will be to maximize the performance of our partners by providing strategic guidance and supporting their business development efforts.
First 90 days
- 30 days: Gain an in-depth understanding of Sage’s products, market landscape, and internal processes. Meet with the team, key partners, and stakeholders.
- 60 days: Engage with partners in the field, participate in initial sales activities, and undergo advanced training on our tools and solutions.
- 90 days: Implement a tailored action plan for your assigned partners, identify new business opportunities, and begin executing growth strategies.
You will be part of the Partner Sales team, working closely with the Partner Sales Manager, as well as marketing, pre-sales, and customer support teams. You will interact daily with a portfolio of partners, providing them with guidance, strategic support.

Desde Adecco colaboramos con una asesoría laboral ubicada en el centro de Valencia en la búsqueda de un/a TECNICO/A DE NÓMINAS.
Entre las funciones que tendrás que realizar:
- Realizarás las nóminas de los clientes asignados
- Gestionarás una cartera de clientes a partir de los 6 meses.
- Elaborarás las fichas de los trabajadores en el sistema.
- Realizarás los seguros sociales de cada trabajador
- Resolverás la consultas que tengan los cliente.

Requisitos
- Formación: grado en RRLL, FPII de administración o similar.
- Experiencia trabajando con SAGE.

- Compromiso, trabajo en equipo, autonomía.
¿Qué ofrecemos?
- Contrato indefinido y directo por empresa.
- Horario de L a J de 9 a 18 y V de 8 a 15h
- Salario de 20 a 22k, depende de la experiencia.
