Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager for our site in Granollers to lead our Engineering and Maintenance team and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. In this key role, you will be responsible for safety leadership, equipment availability, team development, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe working environment and full compliance with HSE standards and regulations
• Lead, coach, and develop the Engineering & Maintenance team
• Oversee maintenance schedules, technical projects, and capital investments
• Analyze technical KPIs and drive improvement initiatives
• Act as a cross-functional partner to Engineering, Production, Quality, and Safety
• Develop and implement standards, procedures, and best practices
• Manage departmental budgets and monitor spending
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, performance, and continuous improvement
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• Several years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or technical operations
• Knowledge of ATEX/DSEAR and SEVESO/COMAH is an advantage
• Strong understanding of health & safety legislation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Project management experience and proficiency with IT tools
• Hands-on mentality, teamwork orientation, and continuous improvement mindset
