Position: Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Market Development

• Actively explore the Spanish and surrounding markets;
• Identify and engage potential clients TSO/DSO, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and lead bidding and tendering processes.
• Identify and engage potential clients EPC, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and lead bidding and tendering processes.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory); knowledge of Chinese is preferred;
• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or other engineering-related fields (preferred);
• Previous experience in technical sales;
• Established network and relationships with key clients in the power transmission and distribution sector, including EPC contractors and TSOs/DSOs.
• For candidates with outstanding commercial skills and strong market insight, technical background requirements may be more flexible;
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with a high sense of responsibility;
• Willingness to travel locally as required.
• Relevant industrial experience is required.
