Key Responsibilities

  • Manages Guest Reservations for Dining and Pool Experiences via Phone, Email and Digital Platforms, ensuring a Prompt, Personalised and Professional Response every time.
  • Operates and Maintains Booking Platforms and Reservation Tools, updating Guest Profiles and Preferences with Accuracy and Attention to Detail.
  • Communicates Clearly and Confidently with Guests, VIP Hosts and Agency Partners, offering Tailored Recommendations and Thoughtful Alternatives when needed.
  • Maximises Booking Potential through Upselling and Cross-Selling, promoting Special Experiences, Events and Seating Options that align with Guest Interests.
  • Coordinates Seamlessly with Operations, Guest Relations, Food and Beverage and Front Office Teams, ensuring every Booking is delivered Seamlessly.
  • Handles High-Volume requests with Composure, Prioritising Responsiveness, Quality and the Signature Warmth of Destino Five Ibiza’s service ethos.
  • Maintains Accurate and Up-to-Date Guest Records, supporting Reporting, Forecasting and Loyalty Recognition Initiatives.
  • Follows Reservation Standards and SOPs, contributing to Individual and Team Goals related to Conversion, Response Time and Guest Satisfaction.
  • Assists in Pre-Arrival Guest Engagement, sending Confirmations and ensuring All Special Requests are Logged and Actioned in advance.
  • Shares Guest Feedback and Booking Trends with the Team, supporting continuous optimisation of Capacity Planning and Service Strategy.

Requisitos mínimos

What We’re Looking For

  • A proven track record of at least 1 year in a Similar role in a Luxury Hotel is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Weekends and Holidays, based on the requirements of the hotel.
  • A Welcoming and Enthusiastic Energy that sets the tone for a Sensational Guest Experience.
  • Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook, while possessing an exceptional knowledge of Hotel PMS, specifically Opera, OpenTable, ResDiary, or similar.
  • Remarkable Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills to deliver a Cherry-Perfect Experience for our Guests, even under pressure.
  • A Proactive Nature and Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the operation is curated to perfection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Guests, Pacha Family Members, and stakeholders.
  • Impeccable communication skills, both Verbal and Written, with Fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a Definitive Plus.
  • Must hold the Legal Right to work in Europe, including any Required Visas or Work Permits, in full compliance with Local Regulations.
