Main activities :

Achieve and develop the sales of the store:

• Take care of the customers and respect the selling ceremony
• Present the products and the brand's universe to customers
• Identify the client's needs
• Be proactive concerning the product offer
• Finalize sales
• Develop multiple and complementary cross-selling
• Ensure product exchanges
• Take charge of special orders
• Build customer loyalty
• Collaborate in the management of stocks, restocking and inventories
• List new products and their prices in store

Respect brand image

• Provide a courteous welcome to customers and follow up on orders taken
• Ensure the personalized follow-up of each customer in compliance with quality standards, by embodying the image of the brand
• Ensure the shelving of products by ensuring their compliance with brand standards

Profile :

Experience

• Experience in the sale of luxury and fashion world with a strong shoe product sensitivity
• Experience in customer service professions

Aptitudes

• Excellent presentation and oral communication
• Good knowledge of luxury sales and hospitality techniques
• Strong sense of customer service
• Adaptability, flexibility, team spirit
• Fluent Spanish and English
