This is a full-time on-site role, located in Barcelona, for an Environmental Health Safety Specialist. The role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining health and safety policies, conducting regular workplace safety assessments, providing safety training to employees, and ensuring compliance with occupational and environmental health and safety regulations. The specialist will work closely with team members to promote a safe and healthy work environment.

• Knowledge and experience in Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)
• Familiarity with Workplace Safety and the ability to conduct safety assessments
• Proficiency in Safety Training, including designing and delivering workplace safety programs
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Ability to interpret regulations and develop compliance strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field is preferred
• Certification in safety or occupational health is a plus (e.g., CSP, CIH, or NEBOSH)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
