Clear and effective processes make sure every customer across the globe receives the speed, quality, and reliability they expect from UPS. You will own for review and improve operational processes. You’ll work with management teams to help us continuously improve on our metrics, create the right strategy and execute it. This dynamic role offers plenty of opportunities to continue learning every day.

What would your day to day be like?

• You’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is not a traditional office-based position — it involves hands-on, active work within our operational facilities, collaborating closely with teams on the ground.
• Analyze data and gather feedback from stakeholders to identify any inefficiencies in current operations.
• Establish frameworks to ensure that the balance between quality, speed, cost and other factors are optimized.
• Share ideas with colleagues and leadership on how processes can be improved.
• Regular reviews of process efficiencies, offering data-led solutions for changes that will see long-term improvements.
  
  

What do we expect from you?

• Where do we start…? Education? You need to have a university degree, preferably in Engineering or logistics.
• Of course, a healthy dose of humor and social skills are required. You need to work with people to obtain the best results! Ah, and English! We are an international company;
• Fluent in Spanish.
• We are not micromanaging at UPS, so you need to be pro-active and able to manage your own day, without us needing to chase you!.
• It goes without saying, but your computer/Excel/Power BI skills are above and beyond.
