Studio Coordinator / Producer (Photo / Video Studios)

The Opportunity

Are you a Studio Coordinator / Producer based in Barcelona who understands the world of shoot production and e-commerce? If so, then we have an amazing opportunity available.

As a Producer / Studio Coordinator for one of the biggest global clients, you will be responsible for:

• Day-to-day production and administration of the imaging (video / photography) studios
• Booking talent to work at the studios on a week-to-week basis
• Onboarding new talents to work in the studios
• Producing call sheets for the booked talent
• Managing the schedules
• Ensuring best value is secured by developing relationships with external partners

You will be working closely with a Senior Producer and all the various creatives to deliver a best in service studio operations.

A good level of English is a must and experience working in a busy studios is looked upon favourably. Also good experience with budget management and Excel are important.
