DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EMPLEO

Buscamos una persona para incorporarse al equipo de asesoría fiscal con un perfil especializado en fiscalidad de empresas. Se encargará del asesoramiento tributario a nuestros clientes y del cumplimiento de sus obligaciones fiscales. Tambien los acompañará en sus procedimientos ante la Administración Tributaria. Será el interlocutor directo de los clientes que tenga asignados y trabajará en coordinación con las demás áreas del despacho para ofrecerles una respuesta integral.

REQUISITOS

• Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en asesoramiento fiscal.
• Grado o Licienciatura en Derecho, Economía, ADE o Empresariales.
• Se valorará el máster en asesoría fiscal.
• Conocimiento del programa de gestión A3.
• Nivel de inglés B2.

Descripción del puesto En el puesto de Asesor/a inmobiliario en Inmobiliaria Fernández, te encargarás de la captación y gestión de inmuebles en Cáceres, realizando visitas, valoraciones y seguimiento de las propiedades. Atenderás a personas interesadas en comprar, vender o alquilar, ofreciendo asesoramiento personalizado durante todo el proceso. Elaborarás anuncios y material comercial, actualizarás la base de datos de inmuebles y coordinarás citas y firmas de contratos. Colaborarás con el equipo comercial para lograr objetivos de venta y mejorar la experiencia de las personas clientes. Es un puesto a tiempo completo, de forma presencial, ubicado en Cáceres; puede contemplar la posibilidad de contrato temporal según la necesidad de la empresa.
Requisitos

• Aptitudes y experiencia en el sector inmobiliario y gestión de Real Estate y Real Property.
• Capacidad demostrable en ventas (Sales), orientación a objetivos y trato comercial cercano.
• Habilidades de negociación (Negotiation) para mediar entre partes y cerrar acuerdos beneficiosos.
• Experiencia o interés en Training, formación continua y actualización en normativa inmobiliaria.
• Formación mínima en áreas relacionadas (comercial, administración, derecho, arquitectura técnica o similar) y manejo fluido de herramientas digitales y ofimática.

Buscamos un perfil junior con experiencia en la administración de plataformas Microsoft y soporte a usuarios, con ganas de participar en proyectos de transformación digital y mejora continua.

Horario:

• Lunes a jueves: 7:30 a 16:30 h (30 minutos para comer).
• Viernes: 7:30 a 14:00 h.
• Jornada intensiva durante julio, agosto y vísperas de festivo.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Formarás parte de un equipo participando en la implantación, administración y evolución de los servicios del puesto de trabajo digital, con un claro foco en el ecosistema Microsoft 365.

Entre tus principales responsabilidades estarán:

• Implantación de nuevas soluciones de Digital Workplace en entornos Microsoft 365.
• Administración y soporte de las plataformas Microsoft 365.
• Resolución de incidencias relacionadas con las consolas de administración de Microsoft.
• Colaboración con el equipo de Service Desk y otros equipos TIC para garantizar la correcta operación de los servicios.
• Despliegue de software y automatización de tareas mediante scripting.
• Implementación de mejoras sobre Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot y otras soluciones del ecosistema Microsoft.
• Elaboración y actualización de documentación técnica y procedimientos operativos.
• Uso de herramientas de seguimiento y reporting.
• Identificación y comunicación de riesgos relacionados con la operación y soporte de los servicios.

¿Qué buscamos?

Imprescindible

• Entre 3-4 años de experiencia en un puesto similar.
• Experiencia demostrable administrando Microsoft 365, especialmente:

Exchange Online

SharePoint Online

Microsoft Teams

• Muy importante: experiencia real trabajando con consolas de administración de Microsoft 365. Este será uno de los aspectos clave durante el proceso de selección.
• Conocimientos avanzados de Windows 10/11 y macOS.
• Experiencia administrando Endpoint Central (ManageEngine) o soluciones equivalentes de gestión de endpoints (Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE/AirWatch, MobileIron, NinjaOne, etc.).
• Experiencia dando soporte técnico a usuarios finales.
• Conocimientos de PowerShell, automatización y/o Python.
• Conocimientos de Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Automation y servicios asociados al ecosistema Microsoft.
• Experiencia o conocimientos de Windows 365.
• Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y buena comunicación.
• Nivel de inglés suficiente para desenvolverse en un entorno técnico.

Se valorará especialmente

• Certificaciones Microsoft 365, Modern Desktop Administrator, ITIL Foundation o similares.
• Experiencia en virtualización de aplicaciones y escritorios.
• Participación en proyectos de transformación digital.
• Conocimientos avanzados de Excel y Power BI.
• Experiencia en soluciones de monitorización y analítica del puesto de trabajo digital.
• Experiencia en continuidad de negocio y recuperación ante desastres.
• Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Informática o similar.

Funciones

• Gestionar los procesos de compra de materiales, suministros y servicios para las distintas obras.
• Solicitar, analizar y comparar ofertas de proveedores y subcontratas.
• Negociar precios, condiciones económicas, plazos de entrega y contratos.
• Elaborar cuadros comparativos y propuestas de adjudicación.
• Realizar estudios de mercado y búsqueda de nuevos proveedores.
• Coordinarse con los departamentos de Estudios, Producción y Oficina Técnica para garantizar las necesidades de cada proyecto.
• Supervisar el cumplimiento de plazos de entrega y la correcta ejecución de los pedidos.

Requisitos

• Formación universitaria en Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería de la Edificación, Ingeniería Industrial, ADE o similar.
• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones de compras dentro del sector de la construcción o edificación.
• Conocimiento del mercado de proveedores, materiales y subcontratas.
• Experiencia en negociación y control de costes.
• Nivel avanzado de Excel.
• Valorable experiencia con Presto, ERP de compras o herramientas de gestión.
• Perfil organizado, analítico, orientado a resultados y con capacidad de negociación.
