Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation
- Handle timekeeping management and respond to common HR inquiries (benefits, policies, hiring process)
- Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration of new hires
- Coordinate documentation and data entry in the company’s global HRIS system
- Assist with preparation of offer letters, contracts, and reference checks
- Act as a liaison with benefits providers and vendors
- Support in risk prevention and occupational health documentation (PRL)
- Conduct audits of HR records to ensure compliance
- Assist the HR Manager in administrative and recruitment support tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous HR-related experience
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
- Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Familiarity with local labor laws is a plus
- Experience working in fast-paced, international environments is desirable

Within King, you’ll partner with Shared Tech the powerhouse behind our games, delivering engineering, product, AI, and machine learning excellence at scale. In parallel, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to Activision Blizzard’s Go-to-Market (GTM) team, who lead franchise marketing and communications for our biggest titles. Reporting into the Senior People Director and as a key individual of the People Team, you’ll play a key role in driving impactful people initiatives that support the company’s strategic goals and help foster a culture of excellence. You will co-create and execute business strategies across the end-to-end employee life cycle with a particular focus on talent management, organisational effectiveness, employee engagement as well as partnering and coaching your stakeholders to integrate our culture and values into our employee experience.

Your role
- Establish a true partnership with a diverse set of managers, influence people-related decisions and be accountable for creating and driving elements of the people strategy for your area

This will include performance management, talent identification, org design, employee engagement & communications, managing bonus and merit processes, ensuring recognition and reward attracts and retains talent
- Apply HR expertise and business acumen to establish a trusted partnership with a diverse set of business leaders, coaching, advising, and supporting them with their people plans, talent needs and employee relations support
- Be accountable for completing talent planning, succession, assessments, and similar processes that drive the people strategy with high quality and integrity
