The company
A well-established industrial company is seeking to recruit a HR Director with proven experience in manufacturing environments and a solid track record in the role.
The role
Reporting to the CEO and forming part of the Management Committee, the successful candidate will take the lead in the People department, playing a key role in labour relations, organisation and culture.
Responsibilities
Define and implement the Human Resources strategy, ensuring a stable working environment, regulatory compliance and the organisation’s development. Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the comprehensive management of the People department, ensuring rigour, efficiency and quality of service.
- Acting as the main point of contact with employee representatives, including collective bargaining and trade union relations.
- Driving the evolution of organisational models, as well as compensation, productivity and flexibility policies.
- Overseeing talent selection, development, training, assessment and retention processes.

What we are looking for
- A relevant university degree; a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources would be an advantage.
- Solid experience in HR management within industrial environments.
- Proven track record in industrial relations, collective bargaining and trade union management.
- Professional level of english is a must.
- International experience and participation in management committees highly desirable.
- Profile requiring approachable leadership, technical expertise, communication skills and a business-oriented mindset.
