Buscamos un/a DevOps Engineer Expert, trabajando en la evolución, automatización, observabilidad y escalabilidad de la plataforma que da soporte a iniciativas Open Source e InnerSource.

Requisitos

• 5+ años de experiencia en DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE o posiciones similares.

¿Qué harás?

La persona seleccionada participará en la definición y evolución de modelos de datos y modelos de explotación para nuevas aplicaciones corporativas y casos de uso de Inteligencia Artificial sobre entornos AWS Cloud, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con equipos técnicos y de negocio.

• Diseñar modelos de datos conceptuales, lógicos y físicos para aplicaciones corporativas y diferentes casos de uso de negocio.
• Trabajar tanto con modelado transaccional normalizado como con modelado analítico dimensional (modelo estrella / Kimball).
• Diseñar modelos de explotación y capas de consumo orientadas a diferentes necesidades de negocio.
• Definir estructuras de datos y modelos semánticos reutilizables.
• Traducir necesidades funcionales de negocio en soluciones de datos eficientes y escalables.
• Definir métricas y KPIs de negocio, asegurando su correcta representación en los modelos de datos.
• Elaborar especificaciones funcionales y ETL claras para los equipos encargados de su implementación.
• Trabajar con SQL y dbt para la transformación, modelado y explotación de datos.
• Garantizar la calidad, consistencia y trazabilidad de los datos.
• Colaborar con equipos técnicos y funcionales, actuando como interlocutor/a entre las necesidades de negocio y las soluciones de datos.
• Participar en la evolución de arquitecturas Data Warehouse / Lakehouse y de los modelos de explotación asociados.

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you'll join our SRE team based in Europe to ensure our production systems are not only operational but also resilient, scalable, and ready for exponential growth. What you’ll do:

• Design and build custom software in Go to enhance the platform's reliability, resiliency, and redundancy.
• Partner with engineering teams to embed reliability principles, improving the availability, performance, and observability of our services.
• Use your deep understanding of infrastructure and observability principles to identify opportunities for improvement within the product and implement solutions.
• Contribute to our follow-the-sun on-call rotation, providing rapid, effective response to critical incidents and using your expertise to troubleshoot, mitigate or accurately escalate production issues. Because our team is globally distributed, your on-call shifts will only occur during your standard local working hours.
• Develop and refine our SRE tooling and processes, focusing on automation and operational efficiency.

What you'll need to be successful:

This role requires a unique blend of a software engineer's mindset and operational expertise. You'll thrive in this role if you have:

• A proactive and systematic approach to problem-solving, with a high degree of ownership.
• Proven experience in a production environment supporting large-scale, mission-critical applications with a high degree of autonomy.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, with a preference for Go. You should be comfortable writing custom applications, not just scripts.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform), container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and GitOps (ArgoCD).
• Demonstrable expertise in a major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• A strong grasp of microservices architecture, databases (SQL, NoSQL), and networking fundamentals, so you can understand how custom code can solve platform-level issues.
• An understanding of core SRE principles, including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Experience in an on-call rotation for a 24/7 cloud-based environment.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team, where tasks may be self-driven.

About Platform Engineering

Platform Engineering (platformengineering.org) is home to the world's largest community of platform engineers. Through events like PlatformCon, which brings together over 35,000+ participants every year, we connect thousands of professionals, share best practices, and help shape the future of how teams build and scale internal developer platforms.

We're looking for a Senior AI Automation & Systems Engineer to own the technical infrastructure behind our content and design operation, from planning and research, through AI-assisted production and quality control, to publishing and distribution.

This position is fully remote and is open to applicants based in Europe.

What You Will Do

• Take technical ownership of our content and design factory: tooling selection, automation pipelines, quality management, and agent orchestration that let a small team produce at scale.
• Design and development (structuring, prompting, QA) of complex multistep content and design creation workflows and interfaces as skills in model harnesses and external content workflow tools (e.g., AirOps, n8n).
• Think through the user journey and create UI integrations into existing solutions (e.g., Supabase databases) or vibe-code and maintain UI and interfaces for workflows, databases, etc. (search, export data, import to other workflows).
• Keep our stack modular and replaceable, evaluating tools continuously and making changes before we become dependent on the wrong ones.
• Reduce manual overhead systematically by building automations and agent workflows that replace repetitive processes.
• Work with leadership as a peer on architectural decisions and infrastructure direction, not just as an implementer.
  
  

• Strong technical background: database schemas, REST/GraphQL API integrations, RAG/vector databases design/implementation, and automation pipelines, end-to-end and without hand-holding.
• Fluency with AI as a development tool. You use Claude Code, Cursor, or similar and actively think about where agents can replace manual work.
• Understanding of professional content creation (i.e., structure, tonality, narrative and ability to differentiate between great and ok content pieces).
• Commercial mindset and strong prioritization: you know which systems move the needle and focus there.
• Own a roadmap and hold architecture conversations with leadership.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals; you don't need to be a traditional full-stack engineer, but you should be comfortable writing, reviewing and maintaining production code.
