El trabajo de Camarero/a de Pisos (media jornada turno de tarde 18.00h a 22.00h) se ejecuta satisfactoriamente cuando:

• Las habitaciones de clientes y sus instalaciones tales como baños, salas de estar y zonas comunes se limpian según los estándares y normas de los supervisores.
• Se respeta la intimidad y las pertenencias de los huéspedes durante la limpieza de las habitaciones.
• Se sigue la política de ahorro de energía y material y se reciclan los residuos generados.
• Se mantiene una buena comunicación con todos los compañeros del propio equipo y de otros departamentos en cuanto a los asuntos que puedan afectar de algún modo a la operativa del hotel y el bienestar de los clientes.
  
  

Las responsabilidades habituales del trabajo son: limpieza de habitaciones, servicio de cobertura y reposición las amenidades de las habitaciones. Reportar averías y hacer seguimiento de reparaciones y averías que se observen tanto en las habitaciones de clientes como las zonas comunes o de personal. Recoger y registrar los objetos olvidados o perdidos de los huéspedes alojados. Mantener los almacenes y los carros ordenados, limpios y realizar las reposiciones necesarias para el siguiente turno de limpieza. Transportar los productos de limpieza a las habitaciones haciendo uso de las bicicletas del hotel.

What We Are Looking For

The job of Housekeeping Maid (part-time afternoon shift from 18.00h until 22.00h) is successfully executed when:

• Guest rooms and their facilities such as bathrooms, living rooms and common areas are cleaned according to the standards and rules of the supervisors.
• Guests' privacy and belongings are respected during room cleaning.
• Energy and material saving policy is followed and waste generated is recycled.
• Good communication is maintained with all colleagues in the team and other departments on matters that may affect the hotel's operations and the well-being of guests
  
  

Typical job responsibilities include: room cleaning, turndown service and amenities replacement. Reporting breakdowns and following up on repairs and breakdowns observed in guest rooms, common areas and staff areas. Collect and record forgotten or lost items of guests staying in the hotel. Keep the storerooms and trolleys tidy, clean and make the necessary replacements for the next cleaning shift. Transport cleaning products to the rooms using the hotel bicycles.

La persona que buscamos debe tener las siguientes cualidades:

• Mentalidad abierta, estudios relacionados con la posición y ciudadanía europea.
• Alta orientación al cliente y a la consecución de resultados.
• Hablar español o inglés. Cualquier otro idioma se considera un plus.
• Conocimientos y experiencia en hoteles de 5 estrellas/lujo.

• Focused on service and highly oriented to customer and results.
• Speak Spanish or English. Any other language is considered a plus.
