About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Guest Relations Executive position to join our Rooms Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Manage daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in/out, accurate room assignments, and seamless guest service.
• Lead and develop the team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management to deliver consistent excellence.
• Oversee Opera system, maintain data accuracy, control rates, and ensure SOP compliance.
• Resolve guest feedback and complaints professionally, implementing improvements to enhance satisfaction.
• Control departmental budget, monitor performance, and optimize resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  
  

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Previous experience in a 5-star or luxury hotel environment, familiar with LQA, Forbes, or FHR standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, able to perform efficiently under pressure.
• Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance, guest-focused mindset, and a calm, approachable demeanor dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences.
