We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are fluent in Spanish and eager to start a new career adventure in a beautiful European location. This position includes a fully paid relocation package, making it easier for you to transition to your new role and life in Greece. You will become part of a supportive work environment while helping our clients achieve outstanding customer experiences.

- Provide top-notch customer support in Spanish across various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests related to our products and services
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within our CRM system
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally to ensure maximum satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery
- Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous
- Proficient in using computer applications and navigating online platforms
- A willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience
