Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Jefe de Servicio Técnico based in Agüimes. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing and managing technical service operations, providing technical support to clients, leading as well as supervising and directing a team of technicians, managing budgets and resources effectively, and ensuring the successful planning and execution of technical projects. The role requires proactive problem-solving and maintaining high service standards. This ppsition is also resppnsible for inventory and placing spare part orders to guarantee stock to refurbish our machines.

• Experience in Technical Services and Technical Support
• Proven skills in Team Management and the ability to coordinate and lead a team effectively
• Proficiency in Budgeting and efficient resource allocation
• Project Management expertise to plan, organize, and execute technical operations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Technical certifications or relevant education in engineering or related fields are a plus
