Importante organización ubicada en Bilbao precisa incorporar a su plantilla una persona para trabajar como Secretario/a de Comunicación, realizando funciones de asistente/a en el departamento de comunicación. 
Se trata de una posición temporal desde mediados de septiembre hasta diciembre de 2025. 
DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK / TASKS 
 
Under the supervision of the Communications Officer, you will provide support to the NetCom team in the following areas:
-   Support to the launch of the FAST 2026 edition:(FAST is EU-OSHA's focal points assistance tool): providing support to Focal Points of 28 countries with the new ordering system and cross-checking the validity of orders;
-   Support with tasks related to the presentation of results and state-of-plays of FAST 2025;
-   Contribution to the presentation of outcomes of the FAST 2026 orders;
-   Making PPTs accessible;
-   Support with the verification of data for the FAST 2025 2x 2nd Interim Reports and preparatory work for the 2x Final Reports;
-   Support with the testing of the monitoring part of the FAST ordering tool (FASTOSH) and in testing the user guide;
-   Support with administrative tasks (filing documents and correspondence, notes taking etc.);
-   Support with updating the catalogue of OSHVET case studies.

Requisitos
ESSENTIAL:
-Experience in working with contractors and clients;
-Experience in managing simultaneous projects;
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);
-Attention to detail;
-Agility to respond to short deadlines (requests from national stakeholders at short notice);
-Very good interpersonal skills, teamwork, and service-oriented attitude;
-Capacity to work effectively within a multicultural working environment;
-English at B2 level.
ASSETS:
-Knowledge of MS Teams;
-Previous experience in working within the EU institutions, agencies or bodies in similar tasks.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:
-Secondary/post-secondary education;
-Experience of at least three years in the main competences required.

¿Qué ofrecemos?
You will have a temporary contract of 3 months duration
You will earn a salary of 16,74 euros gross / hour
You will work from Monday to Friday in split shift hours
