We work with a variety of residential projects (Villas of high standing) and therefore experience in similar projects and both typologies will be valued.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

-LIVING IN MARBELLA AREA OR WILLING TO RELOCATE IN 1week.

-SELF-EMPLOYED POSITION- AUTONOMO. with 1 year contract.

- Generalist experience in Architecture, at least 5 years in Spain. Expert knowledge and development of basic and execution projects, (including the development of planimetries, elaboration of reports, construction details, etc.).

- 2D/3D modeling and delineation: AutoCAD / Sketchup / REVIT

- High/advanced level of oral and written English. The work is carried out in Spanish or English, so an excellent level of both languages is required.

- PRESENT WORK IN MARBELLA (remote work is not possible, please do not apply for this modality).
