Reportando al CEO del grupo, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

Sales Representative - Barcelona and Mallorca
We are seeking a new member to support the strategy and manage the processes of Talent Acquisition in alignment with the strategy and guidelines of the Hero Group. Your main responsibilities:
- Visit client points of sale: Follow a predetermined route to visit designated clients, ensuring consistent presence and dedicated attention at each point of sale.
- Shelf Space Optimization: Maximize the available shelf space to ensure an effective and attractive product display, driving both sales and brand visibility.
- Setups and Implementations: Carry out setups and implementations according to the provided guidelines, ensuring a consistent and attractive presentation of products at the point of sale.
- Negotiation of Displays and Product Listing: Negotiate display and listing agreements with point-of-sale managers to ensure optimal product placement and increased visibility within the commercial space.
- Market Information Gathering: Collect relevant market information, including consumer trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities, to inform commercial and marketing strategies.

Skills and competencies:
Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or related.
- Previous Experience in Commercial Negotiation.
- Experience in the Food Industry or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
- B2 Level English.

- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external.

- Play a key role in driving deal generation by ensuring Field Sales has a strong pipeline of well-matched, engaged prospects

- Experience working directly with customers or clients in a fast-paced environment
- A track record in outbound outreach — you’re comfortable starting conversations from scratch
- Some hands-on cold calling experience (and the resilience that comes with it!)

Principales responsabilidades
- Planificará la ruta de acuerdo con las frecuencias objetivo y preparará la visita;
- Chequeará la superficie comercial de la farmacia y hará los pedidos en función del potencial del cliente; Cierre y acuerdo de la próxima visita;
- Activará la visibilidad y formará al equipo de la farmacia;
- Recopilará y analizará la información (mercado, producto, clientes, etc.);
- Identificará posibles nuevas oportunidades de negocio;
- Establecerá un plan de acción teniendo en cuenta sus análisis de recursos económicos y humanos y establecerá una planificación de ventas;
- Creará relaciones de valor con los farmacéuticos de su zona.
Requerimos
- Se valorará formación superior, especialmente en el ámbito de ciencias de la salud;
- Deseable nivel inglés alto.
- Habilidad con herramientas informáticas y entornos digitales;
- Experiencia en puesto similar en la zona de Barcelona.
- Habilidades de negociación y de resolución de incidencias;
- Actitud proactiva, motivación por el trabajo y compromiso con las farmacias y con la compañía.
