About the role:

As a Technical Lead, you will make an impact by leading the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions using Azure and AWS to enhance product labeling processes. You will be a valued member of the Digital Engineering team and work collaboratively with the Fullstack Community and stakeholders.

In this role, you will:
- Oversee the integration of cloud services to ensure seamless operation and scalability of applications.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain documentation for cloud architecture and processes to support ongoing improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in cloud deployments.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
- Implement security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality in cloud environments.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their cloud technology skills.
- Drive innovation by exploring new cloud technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Optimize resource usage and cost management in cloud operations to maximize ROI.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to support cloud initiatives.

Work model:

What you need to have to be considered:
- Extensive experience with React and Python.
- Demonstrate expertise in Azure and AWS, with a proven track record of successful deployments.
- Exhibit proficiency in Spanish and English.

**REQUERIDO:**

**Leadership skills:**
• Can take a Tech Lead role, communicate with stakeholders and define product requirements.

**Skills Azure Platform and Infrastructure:**
• Azure Infra & Components: storage accounts, virtual networks, security groups and security conf.
• Setting up Azure for hosting app, data pipelines, DevOps, databases, data platforms, containers/docker/Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring.
• Azure cloud resources cost management.
• IaC using Terraform, ARM, bicep or Ansible.
• Deploying and managing Synapse comp: SQL, Spark pools.
• Azure Event Hubs for real-time data ingestion and stream processing.

**Skills Azure Synapse Infrastructure & Operations:**
• Azure Synapse Analytics for big data analytics, warehousing & integration.
• Tuning, error handling, high availability & reliability of Synapse-base.
• Integrating Azure ML with Synapse for advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
• End-to-end solutions using Azure Synapse Stack.

¿Qué buscamos ti?

- Experiencia de más de 3 años en gestión, técnica o de equipos.
- Experiencia previa liderando equipos y/o entregas
- Fluidez en inglés - oral y escrita

Entre tus funciones:

- Entender y clarificar requerimientos técnicos y funcionales con el cliente o Product Owner.
- Estimar tiempos y complejidad de desarrollo.
- Planificar entregas y tareas, asegurando una carga equilibrada del equipo.
- Realizar seguimiento y control de la ejecución del proyecto (estado, bloqueos, prioridades).
- Asegurar la calidad del código y cumplimiento de deadlines.-
- Colaborar estrechamente con QA y otros roles transversales.
- Reportar avances y desviaciones al Project Manager o stakeholders.

En estos momentos estamos buscando perfiles de Tech Leader Front con experiencia en Angular 12 en adelante para gestionar importantes canales digital mano a mano con equipo indio bajo la modalidad 100% teletrabajo.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Generar diseños técnicos (diagramas de secuencia a partir de user stories)
- Capacidad para:
o Entender a medio plazo el ecosistema del cliente para identificar dependencias impactos en esos diseños
o Entrar al código y entenderlo para comprender las complejidades en análisis
- Liderar un equipo de desarrollo en india con perfil técnico

Para ello, ¿Qué necesitamos?

- Experiencia en el desarrollo de Front con Angular desde las versiones 12 hasta la última.
- Valorable haber trabajado dentro de proyectos Java y aplicaciones nativas (IOS/Android)
- También experiencia en compatibilizar tareas de desarrollo con gestión de equipo de desarrolladores.
- Se valorará positivamente también tener liderazgo de equipo y proactividad
- Inglés Alto, ya que trabajara con equipo de la India
