We're not hiring for a role. We're looking for someone who wants to build something.
Wellness Rave is Spain's biggest morning wellness festival. Lululemon, Therabody, and YoPRO are already in the room. WR3 is June 14 - 3,000 people. After that, more cities. More events. Europe.
The person we hire doesn't manage a pipeline. They architect a partnerships engine that scales across cities, events, and years - and they do it while three events are running at the same time.

- You build the strategy for how Wellness Rave approaches brand partnerships at scale — not just for WR3, but for every edition that follows
- You identify and close long-term brand relationships, not one-off deals
- You create the framework that lets WR run partnerships across multiple cities and events simultaneously - without dropping anything
- You represent the brand at the highest level - premium, intentional, no wasted meetings
