Role Description

This full-time hybrid role as a Store Officer is based in Barcelona, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. The Store Officer will oversee day-to-day stock and inventory management, ensure accurate tracking of purchase orders, and maintain optimal inventory levels. They will collaborate with suppliers, monitor stock movement, and ensure seamless store operations while adhering to company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with offline and online store marketing.
• Proficiency in Stock Control and Stock Management to ensure accurate tracking and organization of inventory.
• Experience with Inventory Control and Inventory Management practices to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce wastage.
• Capability to process and manage Purchase Orders efficiently to maintain a seamless supply chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for inventory and supply chain management.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Previous experience in retail or supply chain operations is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
