We are looking for someone who is passionate about cycling, enjoys close and personal customer interaction, and wants to be an active part of a community. Someone who not only works in the workshop and sells products, but who also connects with people and helps more cyclists join the Phoenix Squad movement.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, labeling, digitizing, and updating stock.
• Bicycle repairs and after-sales service.
• Order management and internal communication (using Notion and Drive). Customer service and follow-up.
• Support for events and community activities (possibility of joining rides or events).

Requirements

• Passion for cycling (road or gravel, ideally).
• Knowledge of bicycle mechanics.
• Experience in customer service or local retail.
• Proactive, solution-oriented attitude. Good communication skills and professional presence.
• Ability to organize, restock, and take care of the shop space.
• Experience with digital tools.
• Languages: English required; any additional language is a plus.
