Estamos buscando un Director/a de Restaurante con experiencia para liderar la gestión integral de nuestro restaurante en Pozuelo de Alarcón.

Funciones principales:

• Supervisar y coordinar la operativa diaria del restaurante y la barra
• Gestionar y motivar al equipo de sala, cocina y barra.
• Asegurar la calidad del servicio y la satisfacción del cliente.
• Controlar costes, inventarios y rentabilidad.
• Implementar acciones para mejorar la experiencia del cliente y optimizar los resultados.

Requisitos:

• Experiencia demostrable en dirección de restaurantes o locales de hostelería con alto volumen.
• Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y gestión de equipos.
• Perfil comprometido, resolutivo y con actitud profesional.
• Disponibilidad inmediata.

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Madrid!

Grattini is a growing collection of authentic Italian restaurants built on passion, tradition, and hospitality. We proudly operate our first restaurant in Cala Millor, with our second location opening soon in Madrid. At Grattini, we believe in creating an experience that celebrates Italian culture and the joy of sharing good moments around the table.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Madrid for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing customer service, and maintaining food and beverage standards. The role also involves hiring and training staff, and ensuring smooth communication within the team.

Qualifications

• Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Experience in Food & Beverage management
• Proficiency in Hiring and staff training
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Fluency in Spanish and English is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
