We’re looking for a Video Creator & Editor for Personal Brands (Instagram, TikTok & YouTube).

This is a full-time freelance role (40 hours per week) offering €2500/month, ideal for a creative professional who thrives on producing visually engaging, story-driven content for social media.

You’ll develop, film, and edit videos designed to grow personal and brand presence online, working closely with an international network of creators and marketers.

Creative Concept Development

• Develop and execute original video concepts tailored for Instagram and TikTok.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align content ideas with audience goals and brand voice.
• Experiment with new formats and creative approaches to stand out in competitive social feeds.

Filming & Content Capture

• Capture engaging video content, ensuring each piece reflects the brand’s identity and message.
• Manage all aspects of production, from setup and lighting to directing and framing.
• Contribute to building a cohesive, recognizable content style across projects.

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit and refine raw footage into high-quality, polished short-form videos.
• Apply strong skills in color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to create compelling visual stories.
• Keep content fresh by integrating emerging editing trends and platform-specific effects.

Social Media Optimization

• Support growth initiatives through data-informed content strategies.
• Stay on top of TikTok and Instagram trends, viral sounds, and storytelling formats.
• Ensure videos are optimized for maximum reach, engagement, and retention.

• Proven experience creating and editing short-form video content for TikTok or Instagram Reels.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and social media engagement mechanics.
• Skilled in filming techniques, lighting, and camera work for mobile-first formats.
• Creative, self-motivated, and capable of managing projects end to end.
• Based in Madrid, Spain, or available for on-site filming with global collaborators.

Se necesita Office manager, Team Assistant & RRHH | Administración, Project Managment para clínica privada de Fisioterapia en Madrid Centro.

• Jornada completa de lunes a viernes.
• Horario: 9:45-13:15 / 17:00-21:30.

Responsabilidades

• Atención al paciente vía presencial, telefónica y online (google, instagram, email, whatsapp, etc.).
• Manejo de RRSS
• Reserva y coordinación de citas.
• Tareas administrativas propias del puesto (facturación, archivos, mensajerías, correspondencia...).
• Control y gestión de la caja.
• Control y gestión del centro.

Requisitos

• Dominio de excel, word y canva en su totalidad
• Inglés- nivel intermedio, alto.
• Alta capacidad organizativa y resolutiva, con habilidad de gestionar diferentes tareas al mismo tiempo.
