Head of Sales – PropTech & B2B SaaS

📍 Madrid, Spain | Full-time | Hybrid

💰 Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Equity (Stock Options)

pisopro is building the AI-powered operating system for the real estate industry.

Our platform brings CRM, sales, property management, contracts, financial operations, maintenance and AI automation together in one place.

We've validated our product with paying customers and are entering our next stage of growth, supported by new investment.

Our ambition is clear: scale pisopro to €5M in ARR.

We're looking for a Head of Sales who has already been part of this journey and wants to do it again.

This is not a traditional corporate Head of Sales position.

You'll work directly with the founders to build and lead our commercial growth strategy, taking full ownership of customer acquisition, sales execution and revenue generation.

Initially, this is a highly hands-on role. You'll prospect, run demos, negotiate and close deals yourself while building the processes and infrastructure needed to scale.

You'll recruit, develop and lead your own sales team.

We need someone who knows how to build a sales engine, not just manage one.

Proven SaaS Scaling Experience (Essential)

You've been directly involved in growing a B2B SaaS company from approximately €100K ARR to €5M–€6M+ ARR. You understand the different stages of scaling and can demonstrate your personal contribution to revenue growth.

PropTech Experience (Essential)

You have previous experience selling software or technology solutions into the real estate industry, ideally to real estate agencies, property managers or real estate operators.

Hands-On Sales Leadership

You're comfortable generating leads, cold calling, running demos, negotiating and closing deals yourself. You lead by example.

Building and Scaling Teams

You've helped build sales processes, acquisition channels and high-performing commercial teams. You know when and how to hire as revenue grows.

Entrepreneurial Mindset

You thrive in early-stage environments, take ownership of results and know how to execute with limited resources.

Languages

Professional fluency in Spanish and English.

• Own and execute pisopro's commercial strategy toward €5M ARR.
• Build a predictable and scalable B2B SaaS sales engine.
• Personally drive prospecting, demos, negotiations and closing.
• Develop inbound, outbound and strategic partnership channels.
• Establish sales KPIs, pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
• Recruit, train and manage the sales team as we scale.
• Collaborate directly with the founders on pricing, positioning and go-to-market strategy.
• Identify opportunities for customer expansion, upselling and revenue growth.

• A senior leadership position with significant ownership and responsibility.
• Competitive base salary and uncapped performance-based commission.
• Equity participation through stock options.
• Direct collaboration with the founders.
• The opportunity to build and lead your own commercial organization.
• A chance to help shape the future of AI in real estate.

We're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate real experience scaling SaaS revenue.

Alongside your application, please share:

1. Which SaaS or PropTech company have you helped scale?
2. What was the ARR when you joined, and what was it when you left?
3. What was your direct contribution to that growth?
4. What experience do you have building and leading sales teams?

We're not looking for someone who wants to learn how to scale a SaaS business. We're looking for someone who's already done it and wants to do it again.
