Company Description

TransCargo Solutions is a (3PL) specializing in transportation and supply chain solutions specialized in the renewable energy sector. We provide customized freight brokerage, warehousing, and transloading services to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of critical equipment and materials for renewable energy projects.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior International Logistics Specialist based in Madrid. The individual in this role will oversee international shipments, manage supply chain operations, coordinate with clients and vendors globally, and ensure compliance with export regulations.

Given the global nature of our operations—particularly across Asia—this role requires close coordination with partners in China and Southeast Asia, including regular interaction across different time zones.

Responsibilities also include analyzing logistical challenges, optimizing operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) as a first or second language is highly preferred
• Availability to work in alignment with Asia-Pacific business hours (including China and Southeast Asia)
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to foster relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and problem-solving for supply chain optimization and logistical challenges
• Expertise in Supply Chain Management and Export processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficiency
• Knowledge of global logistics and familiarity with renewable energy industry materials is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and deliver in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in relevant logistics and supply chain software tools
