Country Manager – Retail Technology Solutions
As Country Manager you will be responsible for leading the company’s operations in the local market, with a strong focus on commercial growth and sales performance. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on business development, ensuring the company strengthens its position as a key technology partner for retailers.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute the country’s sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share.
· Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with retailers, from large chains to mid-sized enterprises.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and C-level executives in the retail industry.
· Recruit, manage, and mentor a commercial team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
· Represent the company in the local market, acting as the primary spokesperson and accountable for results.
· Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to anticipate opportunities and challenges.
· Collaborate closely with global leadership to ensure alignment with corporate goals and successful localization of the go-to-market strategy.
· Provide regular business reporting, including forecasts, sales performance, and pipeline updates.
Desired Profile
· Proven track record of success in sales and business development within technology solutions or SaaS companies serving retailers.
· Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate complex, high-value deals.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
· Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating high-performing teams.
· Strong network and relationships in the retail sector.
· Fluency in English. Additional languages will be an asset.
· Office in Madrid downtown.

En nuestro grupo, con 6 locales de ocio nocturno y 4 restaurantes en Madrid, buscamos incorporar a un/aEspecialista en Ads y Estrategia Digital que nos ayude a llevar nuestra presencia online al siguiente nivel.
Lo que buscamos
- Un/a profesional con experiencia demostrable en la gestión y optimización de campañas de Meta Ads, Google Ads y otras plataformas publicitarias.
- Capacidad para diseñar, ejecutar y escalarestrategias digitales 360º que generen impacto real en tráfico, notoriedad de marca y ventas.
- Pasión por el mundo de la gastronomía y el ocio nocturno.
- Perfil proactivo, analítico y creativo, que aporte ideas y soluciones con autonomía.

Role Description
We’re searching for a Social Media Manager who thrives in the outdoors, especially in trail running and mountain sports culture. This remote position offers the freedom to work from anywhere and the opportunity to occasionally travel to some of the most inspiring natural locations, collaborating on creative campaigns and capturing real stories “in the field.”
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms, with a creative focus on adventure and sports storytelling.
- Create engaging multimedia posts (images, videos, reels, stories) that resonate with outdoor and trail running enthusiasts.
- Oversee day-to-day social media operations: scheduling, publishing, audience interaction, and community growth.
- Collaborate closely with photographers, videographers, and design experts on integrated campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in outdoor sports, social media, and digital content.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading social media campaigns for outdoor, sport, or lifestyle brands.
- Hands-on knowledge and authentic enthusiasm for trail running and mountain sports (practitioners strongly preferred).
- Strong writing, editorial, and visual storytelling skills.
- Expertise in digital platform optimization and content analytics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative remote team.
- Willingness and excitement to travel occasionally for project work at events and in outdoor environments.
- Editing skills (video, photo), videography, and photography experience are considered a strong plus to help create high-quality social media content.
