Eres un Professional Scrum Master experimentado y apasionado por el liderazgo ágil? En nuestra empresa buscamos un Professional Scrum Master para guiar a equipos de desarrollo de productos digitales en entornos ágiles complejos. En este rol serás un referente para un equipo Scrum en la adopción de Scrum, enseñando al equipo a resolver sus propios impedimentos y fomentando la auto-gestión y la mejora continua.

• Liderazgo servicial y coaching: Liderar al equipo Scrum mediante un enfoque de líder servicial, sirviendo al equipo y a la organización
• Brindar coaching y mentoría al equipo para potenciar su auto-gestión y desarrollo profesional, acompañándolos en la adopción de prácticas ágiles efectivas.
• Facilitación: Planificar y facilitar los eventos de Scrum (Daily, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review y Retrospectiva) asegurando que ocurran de forma puntual y productiva
• Promover la participación de todos los miembros y que cada evento aporte valor y aprendizaje al equipo.

• Herramientas: Familiaridad con Azure DevOps (u otras herramientas como Jira o Businessmap) para la gestión de backlogs, tableros Kanban, indicadores de Sprint, etc.
• Habilidades interpersonales: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, facilitación y resolución de conflictos. Mentalidad de coach y mentor, capaz de motivar y guiar a equipos autoorganizados.
