Selection processFrameBio (Multiscale Frameworks for BioSolutions) is a project funded by the European Union with a goal is to revolutionize biotechnology by developing comprehensive computational modules that simulate the microbial behavior of bioproducts and quantify/estimate their resource dependencies across various scales.

The Biotechnology of Industrial Yeasts Laboratory of I2SysBio, led by Dr. Agustín Aranda, deals with the use of different species of yeast of biotechnological interest, mainly Saccharomyces cerevisiae during winemaking.

We are focused in regulatory systems as stress response (mainly oxidative) and nutrient signaling pathways, and we use genetic manipulation to characterize such mechanisms in conditions that mimic industrial environments .

Tus principales responsabilidades

• Definir la visión, estrategia y roadmap del portfolio de productos.
• Detectar necesidades de clientes, analizar demandas comerciales y anticipar tendencias de mercado, competencia y cambios legislativos.

Oferta de contrato para desarrollar una tesis doctoral en tecnologías ultrasónicas avanzadas de imagen médica.Lugar: Instituto de Tecnologías Físicas y de la Información (CSIC)Objetivo: Realización de una tesis doctoral que aborde la implementación y desarrollo de técnicas avanzadas de imagen por ultrasonidos y aplicación de las mismas a la detección de patologías cerebrovasculares.Finalidad: Este trabajo se enmarca en nuestra línea de instrumentación en ingeniería biomédica, y tiene como finalidad avanzar en la detección y seguimiento no invasivo de patologías mediante ecografía ultra-rápida Doppler de alta resolución, ultrasonidos cuantitativos y/o algoritmos de matching learning y deep learning.

Se pretende implementar estas tecnologías de imagen en los sistemas de ecografía preclínica en desarrollo y experimentación en varios proyectos en curso, para ser aplicados a la caracterización de patologías cerebrovasculares.

También se pretende desarrollar modelos experimentales de tejidos mediante tecnologías de bioimpresión.Requisitos: Estar en posesión del título de máster en alguna ingeniería o en ciencias físicas.
